Free, same-day online counselling for post-secondary students who have experienced sexual violence
We know that being a student comes with unique pressures: exams, busy schedules, financial stress, and social challenges. For survivors of sexual violence, these pressures can feel even heavier.

That’s why we created Quick Access Counselling, a flexible program designed to meet students when they most need support.

• Same-day, single-session appointments (no waitlist!)
• Free and confidential support
• Online sessions you can access from anywhere

Available on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6pm to 9pm and on Sundays from 12pm to 4pm.

Focus on:

• Emotional support, validation, and empowerment
• Support around the impact of sexual trauma
• Safety planning and referrals
• Short-term goal setting
• Warm referrals to ongoing SASC services

If you need to go to the hospital or report to police, volunteer accompaniment is also available.
