Workshops

March/April Workshop - Boundaries (Two Part Workshop)

Healthy personal boundaries are the physical, emotional and mental limits we establish to protect ourselves from being manipulated, used, or violated by others. They allow us to separate who we are, and what we think and feel, from the thoughts and feelings of others. During this two part workshop we will discuss how to build healthy personal boundaries that allow us to maintain a positive self-concept while growing respectful relationships with others.

When we fail to set boundaries and hold people accountable, we feel used and mistreated- Brene Brown

Please join us for this two part workshop where we will share creative open discussion and leave with concrete tools to use to help each of us understand and maintain healthy boundaries.

Part One: Wednesday, March 13 2019/ 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Part Two: Wednesday, April 10 2019/ 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
